TELEGENT SYSTEMS RECEIVES FROST & SULLIVAN 2008 GLOBAL MOBILE TV PRODUCT OF THE YEAR AWARD

SUNNYVALE, CA – March 18, 2008 – Telegent Systems, the company that makes television mobile with its high-performance single-chip mobile TV solutions, announced that it has been named the recipient of Frost & Sullivan's 2008 Global Mobile TV Product of the Year Award for its TLG1130 mobile TV receiver.
Telegent's mobile TV solution, which supports DVB-T, NTSC, PAL & DVB-H, is unique in the industry in providing support for both digital and analog broadcast standards. This hybrid standard support enables consumers to receive both free-to-air and pay-per-view television content and delivers mobile TV coverage where digital standards are not available or are not ubiquitous.
